Our Process and Quality
We produce high-quality prints on a wide range of fabric items using eco-friendly, water-based inks. From initial concept to final production, we work closely with our clients to ensure outstanding results at every stage.
All printing is done exclusively with Permaset water-based inks—the world’s most sustainable textile inks. Safe for all garments, including children’s wear, these inks deliver vibrant, long-lasting prints that retain their quality wash after wash.
Our experienced team can print up to eight colours per design, with precise colour matching to your specifications using Pantone references.
How Screen Printing works
We support you through every stage of the process, from initial enquiry to finished screen-printed garments. First, we confirm your quote and take care of all administrative details. Next, we prepare and approve your artwork before moving your order into production and burning the screens.
If needed, we can also help source the ideal garments for your project. Once everything is ready, printing begins and your garments roll off the presses. Before you know it, your order is complete and delivered
